How To Order
We recommend about ½ - ¾ lb per person on average. If you’re not super hungry and just want a few bites, we suggest ordering ¼lb.
4 ribs = ½lb, 8 ribs = 1lb
1 sausage link = ¼ -⅓lb
Brisket orders come ½ lean and ½ fatty in order to be mindful of everyone in line!
Sides: Small: feeds 1-2people
Large: feeds 3-4 people
Ordering Process
Please be aware that you have the option to dine in or order to-go. Let the cutter know at the beginning of your ordering process if you are dining in or taking your order to go, so that they can properly prepare the your fresh order.
If your group is large, it is best to order together to keep the line moving and to avoid delays. When ordering as a large group keep in mind There is a possibility of receiving burnt ends if we have extra, although we don’t sale them.
